Fredentek has customer support services center base in Taiwan, Taipei, 24 hours a day to reply customers' inquiries.

Any defective products to repair or replacement in or out of warranty time, customers have to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Fredentek sales representatives. Please, do not return the defective product until receiving an RMA number. Please contact Fredentek regional sales representative by E-mail or send e-mail to sales@fredentek.com.tw to request a RMA number and RMA Form.
